Rules & Regulations
The following RULES AND REGULATIONS are for all guests of SKYLINE RV RESORT to preserve the park’s facilities and to ensure a pleasant guest experience. We ask each guest to comply with these rules and regulations in order to create a compatible community in which we can all be proud.
EMERGENCIES: Call 911 in any emergency: fire, police or ambulance.
REGISTRATION/CHECKOUT: We require each gust and visitor to register in the office upon entering the park. No changes of sites without management approval. All overnight guest must be registered and paid. Name must be available in case of emergency. Checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay additional nights you must pay before 11:00 AM. We cannot guarantee space if you decide to extend your stay. There is a late check out charge. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM are quite hours. Please understand that sound travels easily. We reserve the right to end any gathering that in our judgment disturbs quite hours. A request to leave will be without refund.
ALCOHOL OR DRUG IMPAIRMENT: Intocication, under the influance of alcohol or drugs or improper conduct is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
CHILDREN: Guest and visitors with children are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervided. Please accompany small children to the restrooms.
PETS: Up to two pets are allowed, additional pets must be approved by management. Pets must be on leash and are not to be left unattended. Any pet left unattended on site and causing a disturbance will be removed by the dog warden, with any fees charged to the pet owner. Only temporary portable & removable fences approved by the manager allowed. Pets are not permitted in common ares unless there is a special reason (for example, seeing eye dogs or hearing dogs). Guest and visitors are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Violators are subject to a fine. All pets must have updated vaccinations. No aggressive breeds, “exotic pets” or farm animals are permitted.
ELECTRIC: Electric is metered for all stays 30days or more. The use of autotransformaers is prohibited in our park.
VEHICLES/SPEED LIMIT: The maximum speed limit is 5 MPH. Vehicles must be operated in a safe, courteous, and cautious manner at all times. Pedestrians, golf carts, and bicycles have the right of way. No unlicensed vehicles can be left on sites. Only two vehicles are allowed per site. Mini-Bikes and motorcycles may not be driven in the park, except for entering and exiting the park.
VEHICLE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE: Repairing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, RVs, boats, or similar equipment is not permitted in the park. Oil changes is not allotted, RV washing is permitted upon request..
GOLF CARTS: Golf cards must only be operated by those 16 years of age or older, with a valid drivers license. Golf carts headlights must be on after dark. Golf carts must be parkded at 11:00 P.M.
BICYCLES: Bicycles may be driven only on the streets, and pedestrians always have the right of way. Bicycles and golf carts must be equipped with lights after dark. The use of helmets is required for all cyclists under the age of 14 by New York Law.
POOL: The pool will be open when a lifeguard is present. Pool rules as required by the New York health department msut be observed. DO NOT SWIM BY YOURSELF. No children under 16 years of age will be allowed in the pool without adult spervision (21 Years of age ). No persons incontinent or children in diapers are permitted in pool. Disposable swim pants (“Little Swimmers” by Huggies), permitted for toddlers.
FIRES: Campfires must be in a fire ring and on stone, not on grass. Charcoal or propane grills with screens may be used to cooking.
FIREARMS/FIREWORKS: You have the right too bear arms but not on our property. No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the park.
LAUNDRY: No clotheslines, temporary pr permanent, are allowed on sites.
PHOTOGRAPHY: we reserve the right to photograph activities, events and any person within the park.
OPEN CONTAINERS: No alcoholic beverages are allowed while driving golf carts or in the common areas (POOL, STORE, ROADWAYS, GROUNDS, ETC).
SIGNAGE: No advertising in windows or on your site is allowed, including RV or camper “for sale” signs.
GARBAGE/SANITATION: Trash must be placed in a plastics bag and taken to the dumpster for disposal. Do not leave your trash outside.
SEWER HOSES: You much have a positive seal around the sewer hose connection to avoid odor. Absolutely no storing or dumping of hazardous liquids on ground or in sewer.
SITE MAINTENANCE: Please keep your site neat and free of clutter with no inside furniture outside, debris, appliances, coolers or trash. Any decks, sunrooms, or other structures mus be approved by management and to local code. Boasts and trailers must be places in storage. All skirting of units must be vinyl and no plastic sheds are allowed. No pools allowed on sites. Any tarp must be neutral color, no blue tarps allowed.
PLANTING OF SHRUBS: Do not dig prior to receiving permission from the management. You will be responsibility for any damage to underground utilities.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in any building or within 25 feet from any building.
RIGHT TO CHANGE: Manamegment reservers the right to change these rules at their discretion without notice.
Management shall make every effort to enforce the Rules and Regulations equally and promptly. However, guests and visitors agree that enforcement is a private matter between Management and visitor/guest. The enforcement or lack thereof, will not result in any damage or claim by any guest/visitor against the Campground or Management, or constitute a waiver of the Campground’s right to enforce the Rules & Regulations.
